Applaws Hydration Month Giveaway T&C’s 

BY ENTERING INTO THIS COMPETITION YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS COMPETITION.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. 1. The promoter is: Applaws Ltd (“Promoter”). 

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over. Employees of Applaws and their close relatives, and/or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are exempt from entry. 

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Only one entry will be accepted per account. Multiple entries from the same account will be disqualified. 

4. The competition will start at 28th June and the closing date for entry will be 5th July. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted and will be void. 

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 

6. The route to enter the competition is as follows: 

1. Entries via Instagram & Facebook, entrants must comment tagging someone you’d share the hamper with. Entrants must also like the competition post and follow @applawspetfood on Instagram or Facebook to ensure their entry is valid.

9. The prize for one winners is as follows: An Applaws hydration bundle

10. The winners of the competition will be chosen by the Promoter out of all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions as measured and recorded and verified by the Promoter and or its agent. 

11. The winners will be notified by direct message on either Facebook or Instagram within 5 days of the closing date by the Promoter. The winners will only ever be contacted by Applaws. If the winners cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that the winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification). 

12. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed/is delivered. 

13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or any other Social Network. The entrant is providing their information to Applaws and not to any other party.
