We’re pleased to say all our recipes are the same naturally delicious food – it’s just our packaging that has a new look. 

Naturally tasty and nutritious food is our focus. However, we have updated our packaging to ensure it looks as tasty as our food! Our new packaging has been carefully designed and tested with our loyal Applaws customers to ensure it’s clear & simple, as well as looking great.

The majority of our wet food is made in Thailand and Ecuador and sourced from human-quality food suppliers where they’re prepared alongside other big brands you’ll see on the supermarket shelves. All our factories are GFSI accredited for food safety, or to IFS Standards.

Our complete dry food is totally grain-free and many of our wet foods are too, making them hypoallergenic.

We take lots of care when developing our recipes to avoid ingredients that could cause your pet to react badly. But if you have a pet with allergies or sensitivities, always check the label before feeding. If you’re still unsure, get in touch with your vet for advice.

Yes, we use a natural vegetable gelling agent in our complementary wet gravies and mousses.

US– Almost all of it is, yes! If you’d like to find out if a particular product contains grain, just get in touch with our customer service team and they’d be happy to help. 

If your pet has special dietary requirements, or you’re not sure how best to feed them, it’s a good idea to ask your vet for some advice first.

All our recipes are made using premium meat from free run chickens.

When your kitten reaches 12 weeks old you can feed them the Applaws complementary wet kitten food with the complete dry kitten food – and they’ll love it!

When it comes to diabetes, it’s best to ask the experts. Always speak to your vet before changing your pet’s diet.

It’s cooked! All our wet food and treats are cooked in their packaging on a high heat to sterilise the food and make it safe for eating.
