The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

Applaws US Competition T&C’s

1- The promoter is: Applaws Cat Food / MPM Products Ltd
2- The competition is open to residents of the United States of America, aged 18 years or over. Employees of MPM and their close relatives, and/or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are exempt from entry.
3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via our official social media pages.
6- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7- The competition will start on January 13th and the closing date for entry will be January 20th, 2026 at midday (Central Time). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted and will be void.
8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9- To enter:
a. For Instagram, like the promotional post, ensure you are following the Applaws US Instagram accounts and Comment below the post with your cat’s name!
OR
b. For Facebook, like the promotional post, ensure you are following the Applaws US Facebook accounts and Comment below the post with your cat’s name!
10- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12- The prize is as follows:
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13- Winner Selection: 1 winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize draw will be conducted within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
14- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Applaws. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15- Prize Acceptance: The prize delivery will be organised with the winner on acceptance of the prize. 28 days should be allowed for delivery of the Prize from the date Winner Notification is confirmed. In the unlikely event that the Prize doesn’t arrive within this 28 day period, the winner will have a further 7 days to inform the Promoter by message on the chosen social platform. In the event that the winner does not inform the Promoter within this 7-day time frame, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the prize at its sole discretion.
16- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
21- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Applaws US and not to any other party.
