Why does my Applaws Cat Gravy can look very thick / have a Jello consistency?

We have developed our Applaws Cat Gravy recipes to be 100% natural. They include ingredients that can change in consistency when subjected to cold conditions during transportation. Whilst we aim to avoid this, unfortunately weather circumstances beyond our control can occur. We can reassure you that this product is still completely safe for your cat to enjoy and doesn’t affect the taste or nutritional value. However, the gravy can be brought back to its original consistency by gently warming in a microwave (removed from the can) if preferred.
