There could a couple of reasons why you’re having trouble – the product might not be available from our Applaws website or it could just be out of stock. If the product is one of our 29 sold on Applaws, please contact us on 0800 083 0599 – we’re always here to help.

Sorry if your delivery has been delayed. Due to Covid-19 (Coronavirus), all MPM staff and courier partners are working hard to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. If you have placed an order online, or for the Breeder Club, please note that due to high demand orders may take up to 14 days to process. We hope you receive your delivery soon – if for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we’ll contact you directly

We’re pleased to tell you that it’s usually within 1-3 working days. Orders placed Monday-Friday, before 2pm, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday-Sunday will be processed on the following working day.
